“Great location and well appointed setup”

“Joseph's accommodations were excellent and he was helpful in recommending places to eat in Burlington. He was even thoughtful enough to leave half & half in the fridge for use with his excellent coffee. A delightful stay!”

“Property was very clean. Bed was excellent.”

“Muy amable el personal y muy lindo y limpio todo ”

“Positives: House is in a great location. Close to the lake front area and Church St area. The host had filled the fridge with bottled water and there were many snacks in the kitchen. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning...

“A wonderful home that was the perfect size and had everything that I needed for a solo trip. I stayed in all 3 days and did not skii, hike, or bike. I did not have to reach out to the host at all during the trip. Sunlight was a plenty, kitchen equipment and bathroom was well stocked, bed and couches were comfortable. The only thing to note is that the HVAC systems are in the closet in the bedroom, so there was sometimes a low fan noise in the night. I didn't bring my ear plugs, but I slept fine....

“Close walking proximity to restaurants and brewery. We loved the access to the bike trail. Unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. Beds were super comfortable. Was pleased to have coffee and tea furnished. One aspect of the property that renters should be aware of is the very steep incline between the street and the driveway. We had a standard 4-door sedan, and scraped a couple of times despite best efforts to angle in and out.”
