“Very relaxing getaway.”

“Olivia has been a tremendous host through out. She provided all the information needed prior to our arrival and checked in with us throughout the stay. All essentials are provided in the cottage, including a huge selection of tea and even cold filtered water waiting for us when we arrived. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return in the future. ”

“Beautiful and restful as always, my partner took the opportunity to learn to fly fish and he caught some nice bass. I enjoyed lounging in the screened-in porch and reading. Location is convenient to Luray and Shenandoah NP”

“We had a wedding to attend in Culpepper and it was nice to unwind a few more days at this cottage. Gorgeous area and the cottage was very comfortable/well equipped. Loved the peace and quiet! Jerry was a great host!”

“The setting is peaceful and beautiful. The property has a rich history. The house has a lot of quirky character and exploring it is a trip within itself. We have stayed in several places in WV but this one is currently our favorite.”

“Cottage was very clean, inviting and unique. Easy access to shops and restaurants as well as National Historical Park. The owners initiated most of the communications regarding check in and check out and communicated both emails and texting. Would love to come back and stay again!!”

“ To say that we enjoyed our time at this property does not do it justice. The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area.
