“The property was very clean and comfortable. Adjusting the temperature in the property was not very apparent but Adem was quick to help us. All of us being around 75 years of age, after tiring international flights and local train journeys and being unfamiliar with the local bus systems, we neither had the enthusiasm nor energy to climb up the slope to get to grocery stores or restaurants. It was several miles from the center of town. Therefore we spent a good amount of money on Taxi services....

“The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.”
