“Parkwood Lodge was a "good" place to stay. Very reasonable price, and convenient. The staff was excellent and accommodating. A few things out of order: the bathroom vanity and sink was 2 feet from the bed! This is actually in the bedroom area. Hard for two people to share.... 2) the toilet is jammed in a room with the shower, so watch your toes and knees walking in at night ”

“My family and friends came up for the American Birkebeiner ski race. We were unable to get into our usual place so thought we would try this place. It’s a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked it so much we decided to stay again next year. ”

“The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs....
