“We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us.”

“Comfy bed with good heating in room, block out blinds, seating area and large bench. Nice to have a toaster and microwave in the room too. Aldi is located about 200m away so handy to grab last minute bits and pieces or meals to heat. Would stay again if in the area.”

“Reception staff was the waitress at the adjoining restaurant. That held-up the check-in process significantly. Never saw her wash her hands, the three times she left us to serve. I hope she did. The bedroom window was broken. I'll book the Beachport Hotel next time. Not sure why the lift there was locked closed between 9pm and 9am? Meant we had to carry our suitcases downstairs for an 8.30am departure.”

“Absolutely beautiful! The cabin is stunning. So much room inside, gorgeous views. Outside is scenically stunning. So peaceful and quiet. Will most definitely be staying again. The walk up to the cabin is beautiful, inside and outside just stunning!”

“Very comfortable bed and good shower. Good amenities close by. Room was freezing when we arrived, ancient heat pump took hours to adequately warm the room and was very noisy. Very limited info available, took until mid morning next day to find someone to give us the wifi password.”

“What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

“Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm.”

“Arkaba Hotel, my partner loves this hotel, his stayed over 50x for business, great for a man that only has to go into the bar and order his meal, and has the room upstairs, he loves the area and the place, staff are great to him that know him, rooms are good. meals are great atmosphere he loves sitting in the sports bar to have dinner and watch the golf or footy.”

“The location was fantastic. The bedroom was lovely with the garden outlook. The bathroom needed repairs. Tile and grout were worn and chipped. Staff were cheerful, helpful and were attentive to our feedback.”
