“The host welcomed us with a quick tour around the house as soon as we arrived. It was a comfortable stay and we were made to feel like we were back home in our own house. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area and hope to use this property myself again in the future. I would like to say a big thank you to Clair and her partner and wish them both all the best. ”

“A wonderful hotel with serene green spaces in a royal atmosphere. I had to work overnight and the gentleman at night desk went above and beyond to help me with an additional TV screen and a place to work at. Simply unbelievably helpful and way beyond my expectations. My wife and kid had a great time in the gardens. I highly recommend this place if you´re out to get some relaxation.”

“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

“We had a wonderful stay in London over Christmas. Eve was an amazing host. She was super sweet and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay delightful. The property was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location; close to the tube. There was even a small Christmas tree in the flat to make it feel more like home to us over the holiday. I highly recommend this property. I hope to return on my next visit to London.”
