“The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. ”

“Had a great view of the lake and easy to park your boat. I would recommend some non stick pot and pans. Eric was super helpful. Our rental buddies were awesome neighbors. Fishing was a bit hard but fun. Never saw a hail storm in June it was crazy. Thank you for the memories. ”

“John and Dianne are wonderful hosts. We ve returned for 4 years running. The cabin is simple and clean. Pet friendly which is why we return. Little things like -the mints and the Coffee / simple kitchen provisions well stocked. The little outer room lets us keep the bikes out of the weather. Close enough for a day over the bridge --and a simple drive to H. Springs or over to Petoskey. We LOVE the Petoskey Brewery and the North West Bike trail. Chances are very good we'll be back.”

“The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The bedrooms had very good beds with comfortable linens. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the big fenced in yard for the kids. The location was good and close to the bigger towns and the beaches.”

“Enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Great spot on the water. Since it has a dock, we were able to rent a pontoon from Ryde marina and keep it for multiple days. Close to everything! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and all fit fine. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The 2 queen rooms on the lake side did not have air conditioning but they had multiple fans through the house to use. “If you’re looking for peace and quiet and some wholesome alone time with your family or spouse this is the place. We had a wonderful time from taking in nature, kayaking and visiting some of the local spots. We spent 3 days, but we could have stayed for a week. Everything in the listing was correct and the cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The only thing I would have liked was a bigger shower, but what was there did the trick.
