“This was all around bad nothing as was described. No heat when we arrived which was fixed. No tv was working the shower didn’t work so no showers for us to use , no toliet paper given either who wants to go get toilet paper on vacation. There’s no host to communicate with. The place was dirty all around live bugs all over inside just gross. People around us all had issues also. Overall not a good experience. Would like a partial refund not sure how to go about that.”

“We loved this home. Great location. Beautiful home and views of the lake. The place was very spacious. The kitchen was great. It was well stocked with all the supplies, tools, pots/pans. There was plenty of towels. Loved the welcome book with recommendations and the history in the house. The location was ideal for snow skiing and short derive to many different restaurants. Our hosts were very responsive. Clark was great. He cleaned the driveway early to make sure we got to the ski slopes early....
