Casa Rural Set En Suffolk Encanto Village

La casa de campo, cerca de los prados de la iglesia y del agua, está situado en la propiedad del dueño y tiene buenas instalaciones y aparcamiento. Es de una sola planta y adecuado para personas con dificultades para caminar. Tiene un dormitorio, un baño y un salón de planta abierta, cocina y comedor, así como un patio privado al aire libre con mesa y sillas y una barbacoa. Ufford tiene dos muy buenos bares en el pueblo, El Ufford White Lion y The Crown Ufford, ambos a sólo unos minutos a pie de la casa. Hay también camina un paisaje precioso que se encuentran en la puerta. A sólo 3 millas de la zona del mercado de Woodbridge que tiene una gran variedad de bares, restaurantes y cafeterías, así como paseos junto al río. El sitio arqueológico de Sutton Hoo también está en la puerta. A unos 30 minutos en coche de las playas, tiendas y restaurantes en Southwold y Aldeburgh. Cerca de campos de golf, lagos de pesca y lugares populares de observación de aves, Ufford está perfectamente situado para poder explorar Suffolk.

Excellent location for Suffolk coast visiting. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely decor. Beautifully situated near to the village church. Pretty gardens. Highly recommended.

Potts Cottage sits within the wider Potts Croft property, looking out over a small garden, which in turn is tucked away behind the church in the middle of Ufford.The cottage is cosy and well-appointed - with a well-equipped open kitchen diner, and small but comfortable living room area. The bedroom is well-furnished and quiet, with a modern en-suite. The cottage is set-up to host well-behaved dogs - and our cocker spaniel loved it.It was a perfect base from which to explore the local area - including Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, and Orford. The village is served by two popular pubs - with the White Lion a short 5-minute walk through the church yard.Our host Christina was friendly, helpful, and timely in her communication.We look forward to returning one day, and would happily recommend to others.

The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our cocker spaniel. It was comfortable and cosy with a lovely bed and great shower. Communication with the owner, Christina, was perfect. Everything we could have wanted was available at the property including treats for the dog. We enjoyed visiting some lovely towns and villages in the area. Unfortunately the stormy weather stopped us from going walking as there are many footpaths nearby. We would certainly return to this property.

This property is ideal for visiting Suffolk and in particular Sutton Hoo. They property is a small village with several local short walks and close to a couple of pubs, also within walking distance that serve good food. The cottage is well maintained and beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people.

The host Christina is super helpful but not at all intrusive which is perfect. She was very helpful before arrival and there was lots of useful information in the property about walks etc. The property itself was very clean and presented to a high standard. A comfortable bed and powerful shower were welcome after days out! We had two small dogs with us too and they were made to feel welcome with outside space etc. Good wifi, smart TV and a well equipped kitchen make this a highly recommended place to stay :-)

I was in the area for a friend’s wedding and this cottage was a perfect place to relax and get ready before the wedding and to rest after it. It’s very welcoming and I think lovingly kept by the hosts. The furniture is of good quality as are the fixtures and fittings. It was also immaculately clean. Because I spent a lot of time at the wedding I didn’t get to spend much time in the cottage but I really want to return, because it was so nice, and I also didn’t get to explore much of the village or surrounding countryside.

The whole process of renting Potts Cottage was painless. Great communication with Christina ahead of arriving. Our 3rd stay at Potts Cottage, which we found once again to be spotlessly clean and with all the essentials you need even down to cling film and foil. Thank you Christina. This time we enjoyed sitting out in the little patio area for breakfast a real bonus, the bedroom is a good size, shower room has a powerful shower. The kitchen area has been updated with new electrical appliances since our last stay. The Countryside around is beautiful with walks from the door and with a dog friendly pub a 5 minute walk away you can’t go wrong. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 golden retrievers, with a 4 night stay.

Would recommend this property. It has everything you need and more for an enjoyable stay. The property is well looked after & nicely decorated. Christina the host is very welcoming & helpful and although we didn’t need anything we knew she was there should we require anything. The property is located in a beautiful village close to a church. It’s out of the way just enough to feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life yet close enough for days and evenings out. There are plenty of places to visit locally & shops, restaurants a shortish car ride away. All in all would definitely recommend & would happily stay here again.

Our second visit but equally as good as the first. Cottage is cute and has everything you need. Peaceful area, can just hear the birds and the church bells, but only a few minutes walk to two pubs with good food. Excellent base for discovering the area. Host Christina is really communicative, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The cottage was perfect for my wifes and my 5 night stay. The cottage is very cozy with bunches of character situated in a beautiful and serene setting. The cottage was decorared nicely, ad everything you need for a stay and we enjoyed the artwork. Our host was great; she provided welcoming gifts and also had tea, coffee and milk for us and was very nice to speak with. The location is very peaceful and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants and you can even walk to a pub within a few minutes. The cottage is a perfect place to stay for exploring Suffolk and beyond. You can also access walking paths right from the cottage to go out and enjoy the countryside. We will definitely stay at Potts Cottage when we next return to the UK.

The cottage was perfect. Beautiful location and stunning property with everything you could need and more. The thoughtful gifts on arrival were well received as was the fully stocked kitchen. Games and a little lending library in the lounge, as well as blankets, towels and treats for the dogs were a lovely addition. Just simple little touches made this property 5 star. Things such as coffee pods, brand new dish cloth and sponge, tea, coffee, sugar, frying oil, cling film, flashlight, spare wellies etc. made this place a home from home. Often when visiting holiday homes, I have to pop out to get something, but Potts Cottage had everything you could think you might have needed and more. I would 100% return and recommend this lovely cottage to all.

We arrived at the cottage after a few days on a boat on the Norfolk Broads. Everything at the cottage was faultless. The dog enjoyed her morning jaunt with the rabbits in the nearby churchyard and made friends with the older resident brown lab! Set in lovely surroundings with decent pubs etc nearby. The area is ideal for walkers (which we are not!) we tend to drive to places of interest and unlike Norfolk found a few but some were only available at weekends. Overall a nice relaxing break.
