This property was accurate with the listing and very clean. I agree with others reviews regarding the lighting, and temperature control. We didn’t see a thermostat at all in the basement apartment. The apartment was cool but manageable with blankets. The lighting as you walk to the basement door is low in just one area but overall not terrible, as long as you leave the switch on, the light at the door will turn on with motion.The noise from the upstairs carries but I felt like those living upstairs were respectful of us and tried to keep the noise down and were aware of the time of night. We had one bigger issue, that when the owner was made aware of it they said they would notify me of when it would be taken care of. Not sure if it actually got taken care of or not, but we didn’t have any issues for our remaining 2 nights.The apartment came stocked with enough blankets for all of us. We were able to find enough towels after we searched the apartment. The apartment was minimally stocked in terms of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know that we should gotten some with our initial shopping. We never cooked a meal in the apartment so I can’t speak on any of the utensils or cookware.
