Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, media room with huge tv and living with plenty of space. Communication with Tim is very easy, he is a great and very responsive host. We spent three nights and had the chance to hike some fantastic trails nearby. This beautiful place sets the standards very high.”

“This home was absolutely spotless! It was the perfect place to stay while on a work trip - comfortable, clean, quiet. Having the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a fenced in back yard was amazing. As a single woman traveling alone with a small dog, I felt very safe. Would absolutely stay again if I was in the area!”

We were initially given the wrong code to access the house, and it took just over 45 minutes to receive a response and obtain the correct one. Later that first night, we discovered there were no washcloths or hand towels in the upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told to check the master bathroom closet, where we were able to find some.There were also numerous light bulbs burned out throughout...

“Large secluded home with a big fenced back yard.Nice concrete pad to shoot hoops in the basketball goal. Close to McMinnville with plenty of choices of restaurants. 25 minutes from Rock Island State Park.”

Both A/C and heat worked well (it was late March and the outside temps swung alot). The location was excellent for getting to any part of Murfreesboro, or to the Interstate. ”
