“This is a beautiful and cozy property. We enjoyed spending time with family, enjoyed the double swing, walking around seeing baby bunnies and groundhogs and just relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property for its charm, history and scenery.”

“The unit is clean, kitchen is nice. Nice quiet location, convenient for shopping. Host were quick to respond to booking and made check-in and checkout very easy.”

“This home was absolutely spotless! It was the perfect place to stay while on a work trip - comfortable, clean, quiet. Having the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a fenced in back yard was amazing. As a single woman traveling alone with a small dog, I felt very safe. Would absolutely stay again if I was in the area!”

“Our group was 4 ladies that were friends/family. The house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and as shown in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We needed pet friendly so this fit the bill. I didn’t realize it was a duplex but that was fine. The neighborhood wasn’t super nice but it ended up being just fine and pretty quiet. Would have been nice if coffee pods were provided for the keurig. Bathroom was super tiny but all in all it was clean, comfortable and very convenient.”

“So disappointed. Backyard not as pictured. Piles of brush, tree branches, and Osage oranges in various states of decomposition. We were competing in a dog show and booked this rental so our dogs could play and unwind after the competition. Access to the backyard thru a bedroom was ackward. The person staying in the master bedroom had to disrupt the person sleeping in the bedroom if their dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. Also had problems when we arrived. “House was clean and great location for attending events at MTSU. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Darling cozy cottage and was great location for our needs.”

“We were only staying for 2 nights and it was perfect. Clean, updated and everything we needed. The outdoor patio off one of the bedrooms was perfect for my mom who was staying with us and woke up early. 10/10 would recommend. ”

“This home was a big surprise for us. We didn't pay attention about details, but when we came in..we were surprised. This house is small museum of Dolly Parton. Each detail is about her. Its was amazing experience! And! This place was incredible CLEAN in every corner! From all heart can recommend this place!”

“thank you team. honestly it was a mixed bag. your response time and customer service has been the best we have experienced. however, the stay was quite possibly the worst. as mentioned earlier, the parking spots were filled and I had to stay up past 1 am and it still wasn't resolved. but that was just the start. the whole house had a musty smell. the lower bathroom was the worst. the AC vent had mold around it and we couldn't use it for the entire stay. we had to use activated carbon filter...

“We stayed with a family of five—two adults and three children (ages 17, 16, and 13)—and had a wonderful experience. The home was easy to find, located in a nice neighborhood, and was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the three outdoor seating areas, which became our favorite places to relax. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the town square where you'll find charming local businesses and plenty of history. We also highly recommend visiting Old...

“This was our first time staying at a Vrbo property, and we enjoyed it. The place was warm, inviting, cozy, and quiet. Communication with the property owner was easy and painless. Both A/C and heat worked well (it was late March and the outside temps swung alot). The location was excellent for getting to any part of Murfreesboro, or to the Interstate. ”

“It was great!”

“Very attentive host. Great stay”

“The house was beautiful and roomy. I could definitely stay again. We had a fly issue. But other than that. Very beautiful for the price. It's 30 mins from downtown if it was closer would bee. Perfect. The game system with mario brother was fun.”

“Gorgeous house for those who like peaceful locations in the countryside. Three bedrooms with queen/king beds, decorated with great taste and full details. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, media room with huge tv and living with plenty of space. Communication with Tim is very easy, he is a great and very responsive host. We spent three nights and had the chance to hike some fantastic trails nearby. This beautiful place sets the standards very high.”
