“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

“I enjoyed the close proximity to Bryn Mawr College and easy access to many places to eat and shop.”

“The property was great and I love what they did with the amenities. My only setback from making this Five Star is the check-in process. The host sent a link with the exact apartment number and things of that matter, but I did not have Internet and couldn’t pull the link up. It was fairly late when I got into town and I unfortunately had to call the host because I wasn’t able to access the link. Instead of him showing empathy, he was passive aggressive with re-sharing the information even after I...

“Great apartment and location for a quick tournament trip (Prooving Grounds) with my son. Location to shops and restaurants was great for an early morning or late night meal. Nice opportunity to see local colleges too. Host was responsive and helpful.”

“Very clean place, well kept, and located in a nice neighborhood in Bryn Mawr that’s quiet and accessible to so many good places. Communication with Dave was smooth and he’s very responsive. Loved our stay!”

“I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including...

“We really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described,, very clean, and in a perfect location to explore the city of Philadelphia. Dave, the host, was very quick to respond to messages.”

“The rooms are good but area around is not good. No restaurants near by. Also door code did not work after 1 day and host only texts... No audio call. I waited 30 minutes. Pl improve on prompt audio calls”

“We arrived and immediately noticed that the sidewalk was dangerous between the driveway and the stairs. As we opened the door there was an intense and overwhelming smell of what seemed like dead fish. Bringing luggage up to the third floor due to the steps and sharp turns. The bathroom had a major tripping hazard in the bathroom where the toilet was on a raised platform which was adjacent to the sink, closely enough to hinder using the sink without backing into the platform and falling...

“We had a hard time getting internet. The toilet had trouble holding water”
