Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there. Overall enjoyed our stay there. Margaret was very helpful and prompt with her replies! ”

“This is a really nice house, it was built in 1903, so consider that, the floors are not perfectly level things are not perfectly square. It is really super nice thought. There is a nice front porch, a really nice back deck and the kitchen is more than adequate. The bathrooms are small, but certainly service able. There are some slight maintenance things like the mini blinds could stand to be replaced and closet doors fixed so they don't come off the tracks. We had five people staying in the...

“Quiet neighborhood that's a convenient drive to everything. Perfect location for visiting UNCW. One block off the river to sea bike path, bike to campus in 15 minutes. Also, a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Reggie's 42nd Street music venue. We're very grateful to find a place that allows big dogs. And a plug for K9 Resort, a ten-minute drive from the house for a pet free day.”
