“Buena Ubicación, Todo el personal Excelente. Cuenta con un apero totalmente gratis pasada las 17:00 hr, que no está nada mal. El único detalle es que mucha de las entretenciones y restauranes están en sofitel on renmin, por lo que se debe salir y caminar algunos metros. La mesa de pool un desastre y peor aun se debe pagar por usarla.”

“We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best.”
