“The best hotel en China for the Luxury and the price, excelente servis, love the stylish clothes, location is amazing, even on the rain day it feels fantasy land, swimming pool is great as well,the whole Apartment has got amazing view, food is delicious, especially black bread, Meat made and cut in Front of you, Hot pot is well spicy so be prepared, We only used restaurante on the ground floor and there are 2 more restaurantes, well impressed”

Service was excellent from the reception to restaurant but i would like to address especially the kindness of the concierge who was absolutely amazing and helped at any moment of our trip. He is the reason i am writing this review since he has done his work brilliantly and exceeded our expectations in all senses.”

“Very nice place”

“We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best.”
