The Space:

Located within the popular Los Buganvillas community, Casa Santuario is a spacious and welcoming 4-bedroom villa designed for families and groups seeking comfort, space, and plenty of outdoor living.



From the moment you enter, the villa offers a wonderful sense of openness, with a spacious hallway leading through to the living areas and bedrooms. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four well-proportioned bedrooms, comprising two king-size rooms and two twin bedrooms.



The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the remaining bedrooms are served by two additional bathrooms, providing plenty of space and convenience for larger groups. All four bedrooms feature air conditioning to help ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.



The bright, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday living and offers everything needed for preparing family meals or relaxed breakfasts before heading out to explore Playa Blanca.



The lounge is one of the villa’s standout features, with high ceilings and large feature windows creating a bright and airy atmosphere filled with natural light. Comfortable seating, a large TV, DVD player, and a comprehensive selection of international channels provide the perfect space to relax after a day exploring Playa Blanca or enjoying the sunshine by the pool.



Large patio doors open directly onto the villa’s impressive outdoor living area. The private heated swimming pool sits at the heart of the terrace and is surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and enjoying Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine.



The generous 220m² terrace provides ample room for everyone to spread out and relax, with attractive lava stone planters and mature planting adding character and colour throughout the outdoor space. For an added touch of indulgence, the villa also features a hot tub, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day spent exploring the island.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Santuario enjoys a convenient location within the popular Los Buganvillas area of Playa Blanca, offering a peaceful residential setting while remaining close to the resort's amenities.



The centre of Playa Blanca is approximately a 15 to 20-minute walk away, where you'll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and beautiful sandy beaches. The marina, seafront promenade, and local attractions are all within easy reach.



For those looking to explore further, the famous Papagayo Beaches are just a short drive away and are widely regarded as some of the most beautiful beaches in Lanzarote.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
