Just returned from a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed. It has the most amazing outside space where all the family had their own area to relax in, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Being able to see the sea everyday is a treat! The bathrooms were lovely - fantastic showers! The location however is what really makes the difference - we’ve stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca and this one has to be in the best location. Two minutes walk and you are on the promenade, with the lovely Marea bar a 5 minute walk one way and then Flamingo beach a 10 minute walk the other way. We made use of the very reliable bus service near to the Natura Palace hotel to get to the town and Marina which meant getting around without a car was super easy. We cooked some lovely meals in the kitchen and enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. Communication with the owner / villa manager prior to arrival was always prompt and efficient and check in was so easy. We will definitely return!

Villa9 is stunning. We had 3 different lots of family visiting us. Every single person agreed that the pictures didn't do it justice The pool was great and so was the hot .Both were well cleaned twice a week. There was plenty of space outside and the furniture and sun loungers were plentiful. Lastly Suzanne could not be more helpful without being obtrusive. We have already booked for another 5 weeks next June/July

Fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa

Having just returned from our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa,the experience was as before excellent,The location for our family was perfect due to the proximity of the beach and restaurants that served great food,The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and heated as agreed with the owners and the villa is spotlessly clean throughout.Suzanne with whom we dealt with whilst we stayed was very helpful and answered any questions we had via email very punctualy.We will I’m sure be stopping here again,Thanks again Mr and Mrs Forest

Perfect villa

A great stay. Great size space for our family of 6 adults and two kids. The bedrooms are all great sizes, and with three bathrooms all of them are looked after. The communal areas are modern and spacious with everything you could need. Good size garden and warm pool.

The perfect villa

We had a fantastic week at this stunning villa, perfectly situated within a secure, private complex. The location was ideal, with a short walk through the security gate leading directly to the promenade, which we enjoyed strolling along daily. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, making both check-in and check-out effortless. We loved our stay so much that we're already considering a return visit soon!"

Fabulous villa

Perfect villa, looks just like the photos. Great location, nice walk into the town and beach. Well equipped kitchen which makes life easy, they have thought of everything. Good communication with owner. We had a couple of issues whilst there but were sorted really quickly after contacting Suzanne. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you

Fantastic villa

The property is just as it looks on the website. It has 4 large bedrooms all with privacy which was perfect for our family of Mum Dad & 3 adult children with partners. There are lots of varied areas both inside & outside allowing us all to socialise together but also have space to chill out if you want. Very secure complex of villas with direct gated access to the promenade where it is a 10 min walk to Playa Flamingo and another 15 mins further on to Playa Blanca. Would definitely recommend & stay again if we return to Playa Blanca. Thanks Suzanne & Andy, you are great hosts

Beautiful Villa In Fabulous Location

After a small hiccup with the code for the entry gates, we were delighted to find a beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you could need for a fabulous self catering holiday in the sun. Although, if you don't fancy cooking, you can head out to the back gate and find yourself on a beautiful promenade with is minutes, where you can find loads of places to eat and drink in either direction. Pool and hot tub were great and very well looked after by the team. Kids loved the pool toys and games console (of course 😜) and there were plenty of separate seating areas to utilise both in and outdoors so everyone could have their own space if needed (we were a party of 4 adults, 3 kids). Would highly recommend Playa Real No.9.

Perfect Villa for Your Holiday!

This beautifully equipped villa is safe, secure with a fantastic location right on the seafront and close to Flamingo beach with more restaurants close by. The villa itself has everything you need for a fabulous holiday, gorgeous pool, hot tub and plenty of space for relaxing outside in the sunshine and the surrounding views. The inside of the villa feels lovely and spacious and is well set out with the bedrooms away from the lounge and social areas. The kitchen is wonderfully modern and clean, with everything you need for entertaining. The owner and the manager are so friendly and always available if you need them. I will definitely be rebooking this villa for our next stay in lanzarote! 😊🏖☀️

Villa Playa Real beautiful

We had a lovely time at this beautiful villa. We have stayed on the island many times in many amazing villas. This is one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful, spacious and immaculate clean and very quiet. It has everything you could possible need. Home from home. Great pool lovely and warm, great hot tub, even had things for the pool and beach. Booking and communication from the host Andy was amazing giving every little detail to keysafe, entry, and even how to use the tv. We had a lovely time and would definitely be using this villa again. We would highly recommend this villa and even looking at our next holiday in our lovely Lanzarote. Thank you Andy for letting us stay in your beautiful Villa.

Wonderful Family Holiday great property

This villa was perfect for our family comprising 6 Adults and 2 small children. It was exactly as per the website, although better than the pictures. Very clean excellent property manager and great instructions for check in and check out. If we come back to the island we would definitely stay at this villa and resort again. The villa is a perfect location with short walks to sandy family beach, restaurants, marina and supermarkets. We also walked up the Caldera Montaña Roja which was a short walk behind the villa for spectacular views over the resort.

Amazing villa in great location

Had a fabulous 10 day stay here, spacious villa with great outdoor space and pool. Bbq area was lovely and only 15 min walk to beach and restaurants, would definitely book again.

Superb family holiday in this fantastic villa

Just returned home from a fabulous week in this stunning villa with family from 6 months to 66 years!! The Villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was shade whenever it was needed for the little ones, the pool was perfect and the hot tub a lovely addition. The support and comms from Andrew was exceptional ensuring we had everything we needed for our arrival and stay. Highly recommend this Villa for a perfect family holiday. Resort was lovely too - quiet and family orientated.

Relaxing Holiday

Having just arrived home from our weeks stay at this beautiful villa, it was just as described. The location was only a short walk to a choice of beaches and restaurants, we did find our hire car useful for exploring they area. The Villa was exceptionally clean and spacious also very modern, the pool area was very clean and lovely and warm water that our boys got lots of enjoyment from with the added bonus of the hot tub was a real treat . My boys very much appreciated the games consoles and it kept them entertained as did the tv package. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return in the future .
