This house is the perfect choice for anyone not wanting to hire a car. Back at the villa, the private swimming pool is great for chilling out plus, the bright and airy interiors are ideal for some relaxation. Villa Yaiza is a semi-detached property within walking distance of Playa Blanca Centre with its shops, restaurants and bars. There is a pedestrianised street with rows of shops selling clothes, shoes and gifts as well as mini markets and a supermarket for daily essentials. Rubicon Marina is a 20 minute walk or less than 5 minutes' drive from the villa with its designer shops, French bakery and commercial centre. Our Villa Dorada is next door.
