It was fine.
We needed a big house for a nonprofit board retreat for about 10 people. There were plenty of beds and the pool was very nice in the summer heat, but the listing stated there were two bathrooms, when there was only 1. The property owner opened up an attached apartment for us to use the bathroom there since the listing was incorrect. The kitchen is very small, which made meal prep for so many people a challenge. The air conditioner is controlled by a battery-operated thermostat, which ran out of batteries mid-stay, so we had several very hot working hours while we waited for it to charge. Other than that it was clean and served its purpose. The property owner is very nice and responsive.
