“The unit should be marketed as a bedroom which was nice, bed was comfortable and clean, unfortunately that where the positives end. There's no separate entrance to the unit (read as basement tv room) so there is no real privacy. It was very cold (I live in the Yukon I'm used to cold) with no way to control the temp even though the furnace beside the bedroom was quite loud, so they supply an electric blanket. “Was a very noisy upstairs as you can hear every step they took and they where up around 6am so not a good sleep and the dog also was a bit load barking. When we first moved in it was very cold and took about a day to warm up.
