“It is definitely an older build, but it was very clean and the room was nice. It was great to have a room with 2 queen beds where one was in a separate room as I was travelling with my adult son. The small kitchen was nice to have. It is walking distance to all of Baker street, so the location was convenient.”

“Nicely renovated downtown hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. Location of hotel is excellent right in downtown of Nelson. Parking was adjacent to hotel for free. Very good proximity to restaurants. Very good coffee shop next to the hotel for breakfast, which is not provided by hotel. Coffee available at hotel in morning hours . There is also good restaurant in the hotel.”

“There were not many amenities. Restaurant and pool were at other location. Parking out front was tiny spaces and most vehicles took up more than one space. Room was clean, bed was good. The only staff was the front desk staff and she was pleasant. There is a train that can be a bit loud at night.”

“2nd time we have stayed, would recommend. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is older but it’s clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good.”
