“Great resort next to one of the best beaches in Miyako. The facilities were excellent, with perfectly clean and spacious rooms. The hotel staff are some of the best I've ever encountered—extremely helpful and attentive. Special mention to Amy, who assisted us every day with any issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Customer Service at The Shigira was exceptional. We could not have been happier with the level of care and attention that Miyu provided. She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had.”

“エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。
部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分 なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。
調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。”
