“Having read some trip advisor comments i was a little concerned before booking in but i suspect those customers held unrealistic expectations. For the cost it was more than adequate. Friendly efficient staff, rooms as expected, quiet area so got a good nights sleep. It is not the Hilton or the Ritz but you are not paying their prices and it is value for what you pay. ”

“We stayed in Buttercup cottage. We were greeted by our host Rachel and made to feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The bedrooms were upstairs, a twin room which looked out over the countryside and also had velux windows for star gazing and the double room with velux windows. Downstairs was very spacious with a comfortable lounge, lovely dining room with a big table to eat round and take in the views, great kitchen with everything you need and so...

“After a long drive we was greeted by a very rude woman only to be told this was not a hotel anymore and hadent be for 6 years! Very mad about the whole thing...but website still insisted on taking my card details. Had to sleep in the car as was too late to book anything else as at a concert. This was my bday too and spoilt the whole weekend. We were not the only people turned away. Very dissapounted.. Will not use ur website again. Total joke”

“Great location for city centre shopping, ample parking in the area although prices vary a lot from £1.50/hr to £8.00 for 24hrs Breakfast was plentiful and taste was fine, didnt have evening meal as menu seemed limited and not that appealing, room size was larger than expected with very compy bed, bathroom was also nice size, all very clean and fresh smelling, would recommend and stay again”
