“It’s a nice place ”

“Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.”

“Excelente vista ”

“The staff were wonderful and the location was good due to my scheduled tours. However, the property is definitely in need of a refresh!”

“Nice enough place. Noise transfer between rooms was excessive. They've inexplicably put really heavy chairs in and they are so loud when people move them around. Need a smooth carpet put down or something.”

“Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.”
