“The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. “Pool was nice. Staff was responsive to our needs. Room was cool and clean. Refrigerator was larger than expected and very cold! Easy beach access. Nice bars/ restaurants. Good affordable food and drink. I would stay with them again. ”
