“My friends and I went down to Comic Con. Typically I overpay for a hotel, but this year we decided to try VRBO. Kim was awesome! Her place was awesome! It was so much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of downtown. We will definitely stay with Kim again. Thank you!!”

The studio is perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated, spacious, vibey, and spotless. Truly no complaints this will definitely be our go-to spot in Pacific Beach!”

“Walking distance to beach. Easy navigation on foot or by car to shopping. Quiet the majority of time. I had everything I needed to cook if I wanted or just heat up food. It was just perfect and I hope to come back. ”

“Place was well suited for the 4 adults we had in our group. Beds were comfortable. HVAC was a plus. Pool and hot tub area was great. Massah, the host, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to address some issues we faced (not related to the condo itself) while staying there. I would consider staying again if ever in that area. ”

“Everything was great, Mei had great recommendations for local places and was even consider enough to provide hand sanitizer and cleaning toilettes, parking on the street was super easy and it didn’t take more than 5 minutes each time. The apartment was clean with everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you! ”
