We had a wonderful stay at this property in Barcelona! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Unfortunetly the elevator was not working when we contacted the owners they advd us it happened the day tSpain experienced the Blackout which was 5 days before our arrivalyet they did not have the courtesy to advd us .We were a partyof 4 which included 2 elders even though we were 1rst floor it was 27 steps and we are in Spain for some time we all had 2pcs of luggage, waiting to see if there is any compensation as we contacred management and still waiting on response Terrible experoence

Long weekend with friends close to the center

The apartment was great for some days with old friends: enough bedrooms, common place to eat and play together and three bathrooms.And central, so that it was possible to move by feetOnly negative point was some strange noises coming from the tubes, a bit disturbing in the night

Great place in Barcelona

We enjoyed our time at this apartment. It felt very safe in a good area close to restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. It was our first time in Spain and would definitely go back. We had our grown kids with us and their spouses so 7 adults total. This is a 4 bedroom apartment however 2 of the rooms are quite small, just fyi. We were there 4 nights and were comfortable but tight. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed so that made up for it. The master is huge with big windows and high ceilings which added to the ambiance of being in Spain. All in all great trip and would stay there again but maybe with a few less people :)

Restful and peaceful place to be!

The process of booking this flat was an AMAZING experience - from the communication with the owners before we got to Spain to the beautiful and clean flat - our stay was great. Lilliana was so kind and hospitable, going out of her way to make sure our check-in and stay went as smoothly as possible. We will keep this flat in mind when planning another trip to Barcelona! Definitely recommend!

Perfect one-night stay in Barcelona!

We really enjoyed our stay! This apartment is located in a beautiful building in a very safe area of Barcelona with plenty of walking traffic and transportation options nearby.From the rooftop, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy a beautiful view of Sagrada Familia, which is only a few blocks away. Communication with the property owners was truly excellent and the space was clean and more than big enough for our family of seven.We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Clean & comfortable

My group of 7 enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, a short walk from major architecture sites and on major metro & bus lines. It was also easy to get a taxi on this street. We slept well in comfortable beds and appreciated having a washer and dryer.

The property owners were very responsive and helpful. The location was great and plenty of room for 5 ladies. The only caution I would share is the building itself was older so you could hear noise from neighbors and the street but it did not impact our stay.

Great Family Time

The location of this property and its rooftop terrace were its best features. We didn’t use the upstairs bedroom because there’s no toilet up there and we’re all arthritic seniors. The primary bedroom is massive, but the others are quite cramped and have lumpy beds. We loved having three bathrooms and a large living room.

Perfect way to experience Barcelona!

We are a family of 7 and loved this place! It is such an interesting building and is in a great location! Very close to La Sagrada Familia (visible from roof top of apartment) and convenient access to Las Ramblas and even Barceloneta (beach). We walked to all but also found the V19 Bus to Barceloneta very easy to navigate. The apartment is well-maintained, and the washer and dryer were a huge benefit! We cancelled a more expensive and modern place at Las Ramblas and are glad we did. You should know the apartment building has lots of noise (e.g., water flows), but it is part of the charm of Barcelona. We would give it 5 stars for cleanliness, because it was well-cleaned, but don't expect it to be completely dust-free - like Barcelona it is old - still, we are a family with allergies and didn't have a single issue in the apartment. We loved it!

Would Stay Again

Nice place in a great location. Could maybe use a bit of updating, but overall we were quite pleased. Our favorite part was spending evenings on the rooftop terrace in the shadow of Sagrada Familia! Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We were able to walk everywhere and never even bothered with Uber or a metro pass.

Comfortable Stay

Great location with lots of restaurants and markets within walking distance. Easy access to taxis, busses and trains. Property manager was responsive. Unit is comfortable and was perfect for a family of four. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. Balcony was nice to have. Would recommend to others.

Great for families

The location was great. It was close to restaurants and market. I would have liked to check in early but was able to store bags in office which worked out well on arrival. Some trouble with the Internet but lots of codes to try. I would stay there again.

Great Location

The property is in a great location and was clean. The living room is quite noisy based on it facing the street, but that is expected with a city apartment. Suggested items to be improved would be amenities like shampoo/body wash and more than one towel per person.
