If you’re planning a stay in Chania and seeking an elevated hotel experience, this is the place. The location is excellent—close to the harbor and old town—while the staff, including Haris at the front desk, Kostas at the rooftop pool bar, and Apostolis in the breakfast area, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and exceptionally quiet. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming team for our engagement holiday. From the moment we booked the holiday the whole experience was brilliant, we were truly treat like family. Gorgeous views from the rooftop infinity pool and bar, comfortable beds and modern fresh rooms. Perfectly located inbetween the old town and Nea Chora Beach, we were never stuck for things to do. Renata was the reception staff who welcomed us gave us loads of recommendations for restaurants nearby and was very welcoming! She definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable. We had 8 days of pure relaxation on our honeymoon at the SanSal hotel. The hotel is modern. Our room was lovely and somehow always cool in high temperature. Amazing view from our balcony. The staff are super friendly. We loved spending time on the roof top pool area. Its a short walk to beaches and into the brilliant old town I would 💯 recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying in Chania. We will come back again.

Great location and lovely hotel

Perfect location to visit the old town or the beach. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast was great as was the staff at breakfast and the front desk staff as well. Lots of construction in the area but that seemed to be the case all around Chana. A lovely stay.
