Tres bien situer

Pas de service de chambre en 8 nuitParking a 40 us plus un extra pour un camion de 40 us par 24h et en plus il l’on stationner a l’extérieur.Frais de service pour la piscine et plage 64 us par jour Le prix inclus juste la chambre avec un lit et une douche ……

Room was nice, wish had a kitchen and table and chairs. TV didnt work and toaster was broken, contacted owner at 9pm. TV fixed and new toaster was delivered before 12 noon the next day. Day #2 a fight or something was going on outside at 2am, screaming, yelling, police right outside the window so loud. Can hear all the traffic, babies screaming next door, running in hallway. Only went to roof top once, closes at 8pm every night. Valet parking is a must, no where to park on streets. 1 block from beach a plus, valet staff very friendly and nice.

The room was as described, the pool was excellent and the proximity to the beach and boardwalk was excellent. The room is too small for a one month stay.Stay Sol was very responsive but made check in a 4 hour ordeal asking for bank statements for a rental that was already fully paid. It was the most difficult checkin I've ever experienced

Basic hotel room

Small unit. Only two sets of towels for a week stay. Credit card washer and dryer down the hall. No room service, so same sheets for a week. We did wash our pillow cases. Window does not open so you can’t enjoy the cool night air. Loud air conditioner. No balcony. No table to eat at. I do not recommend this unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are fantastic, though.

Costa Hollywood

Don’t ever book at the Costa Hollywood through Vrbo. It is just a hotel room . You can book it for half the price directly through the Costa Hollywood hotel and that will include maid service and maintenance service and all hotel limit amenities. Total rip off.

Disappointing

I was bummed because the room next to me had a door in which I was able to hear everything that was going on in the next room, the entire night. My room smelled horribly and the front desk said they could do nothing about it. Upon my arrival, I noticed that there was a stained, wet towel in the bathroom shower, catching the water that was released from the shower head, because the head was broken. The extra, hidden, charges made the price the same as a much nicer condo on the broadwalk. Overall I was disapointed with my stay. I asked if I could check in early but that was not available. Then, due to the bad weather, my flight was delayed and I was not able to check out later. The manager said I would be able to check my bag and use the pool/ workout facilities, but as soon as I checked out, my card no longer worked in the elevator so that was also a bummer. I will never rent from this management again. I would not recommend this VRBO rental to anyone!

My only complaint is that we were only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 5 night stay. I understand that the owner wants to keep cost down but skipping on these items isn’t the way to do it.

Great Bar Food!

The room was nice and in a great location on the beach. The kids kind of brought down the mood, but it is family friendly - so there's that. The DJ on the roof was outstanding and so was the bar food. I'd come back just for that. Overall, a great place to stay for the money.

Great location

We had an amazing time here. The location is perfect! Just a very short walk out to the beach and boardwalk. We tried all different restaurants in the area and enjoyed them as well. If you have any questions, they respond very quickly! We would definitely go back.

Costa + StaySol

I've used VRBO to rent at Costa three times now through StaySol. Everything is seamless with the resort and with the rental agent. One of the only places I've stayed where the resort fee is worth it. We love the included beach loungers and just discovered the gym this trip.

Good trip

Enjoyed the resort. The room was sufficient, close access to the beach as well as the roof top pool. It would be good to notify guests that since your unit is privately owned, resort housekeeping does not clean the room or provide fresh towels or linens, but at least we were able to request with the front desk if some were needed. Would have preferred a fitted sheet rather than a flat sheet over the mattress, but it’s ok. Conveniently located near the broad walk as well as lots of restaurants which was really nice. If you want an umbrella at the beach it’s an additional $20 per day. Also make sure to keep track of your towel voucher, or the resort charges you $10 for every towel they assume you used. Would likely stay again, for the price point.
