I think we woke the front desk person up when we arrived early evening on a Saturday. The TV in our room didn't work. The bathroom fan was super loud. Had to call the front desk to get toilet paper because they had less than half a roll upon arrival. Says breakfast included with our stay. Breakfast was cereal and no milk. That's it. Beds were decent tho. Will probably not stay here again unless it was the only option in the area and we were desperate.

The room was clean and the welcome desk friendly. Unfortunately that is about all the positive I can say. Negatives include a dilapidated building, no working cable/data lite as every Chanel simply gave a channel unavailable error message, the hygiene products were used, the vending machine was both broken and stocked with Great Value brand items, and the kicker was lousy breakfast. (Stake cereal, apples, and white bread. That was all)

It's a very basic place to sleep and that's about it. The shower curtain rod was wonky and didn't cover the shower very well and therefore water would puddle on the floor by the tub. It's clean enough but could use an update. Also FYI the water in the town isn't great. (per the lady at the gas station) Getting bottled water to drink is recommended.

Our room was clean but the Wi-Fi was terrible, the tv did not work and the entrance light was not working which we were told about. The breakfast was unsatisfactory in many ways and the coffee bad. They appear to be understaffed. I cannot recommend this to anyone

The door to my room was open. The room was a mess and stunk. They gave me a different room. It took several hours for the AC to cool it off in temps with a heat index of over 100F. I stayed for two nights and never had a bar of soap. The room was never straightened out the whole time I stayed there.

Clean room that had everything you need. Next to train tracks and I was afraid the train horn would bother me but luckily the AC noise covered it up enuf to not be an issue for a light sleeper.

You get what you pay for. I should've known we were in for a not so pleasant stay. Most of the rooms had a note on the doors say room broke don't close the door. Stains on the sheets. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The only good thing was the comfortable bed.

Even with moderate expectations, I was let down on a number of levels. The shower water smelled. I was not told the wifi network, which is not intuitive at all, and the room phone didn't work to make a call from my room. The wifi was then accessed, it worked slowly, and it stoped working. I was told "Right now I cannot give you any room on the ground floor because it’s fully booked. There is no extension. You are too far from the router. I’m sorry.” What? Why did the wifi previously work? Why is that amenity listed if the room (which doesn't change location) is too far? There was no effort to troubleshoot when I asked if they would do something about it like check on the router. The room's fan didn't work properly. There was no soap at the sink. There is a breakfast room/Expedia says breakfast is included, but I was not informed of any breakfast time. When I looked in at the breakfast room around 7:45 AM (sign said 6-9AM was the breakfast time), there was no breakfast there. Inept management.

2/10 Terrible

No le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, servicios y condiciones de la propiedad
This facility is a typical run down, low budget ‘hotel’ that hasn’t been remodeled in at least 40 years. Everything is stained. The carpets, furniture and drapes are disgusting. The walls are thin. There is no blanket, only a top sheet and a thin bedspread. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. It stinks. It smells of mildew. The bathroom fan has a very loud rattle…and it’s not just in my room, I can hear the fans in the rooms next to me. There is an ice machine but no coffee pot. Vanity light works sporadically. The breakfast is pathetic. The desk clerk is never at the desk, you have to ring him up on a wall phone that is muffled and very low volume. Forget about finding a decent meal in this town, there is little to nothing here, and most of the downtown area is vacant. The sad thing is that it will still cost you a hundred bucks a night. I will not be staying here again.

I was pleased with this property. My children enjoyed the space in the room. The breakfast supply was very limited, and by the third morning there was no bread and tables had not been cleaned from the previous day. Overall the stay was decent for the price.

The young man working there was very helpful., with good customer service and prompt attention to our needs. The hallways were very clean. Carpets were clean and had no smoke or any other odors. It was a quiet place and had a decent Continental breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and this will be our regular hotel while in the area.

Cheap stay

Decent for a quick place to spend the night. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The lobby area is in need to updating and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. Two kids breakfast cereals, 4 slices of white bread, grape jelly, a carafe of orange juice in the mini fridge and a cold pot of coffee.
