It was a hot summer day so we understand the pool being crowded but there was noisy dance music playing instead of relaxing music. It was difficult to hold a conversation due to the volume.
The pool bartenders seemed exhausted or maybe just having a bad moment.
Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay!
PS
If you’re planning on having a morning drink from the main floor cafe, get there early. By the time I went down around 9am, many items and drink ingredients were sold out.
