A lovely historic property in a great location close to the beach front with lots of dining options nearby. Pat is an amazing hostess providing delicious home cooked breakfast and classic hospitality. Our room was very comfortable and well-appointed. This is definitely our new go-to destination while visiting our daughter in Long Beach. We look forward to our next visit!

This was a great place to stay: quaint, well-kept, and inviting. Far better than staying at a hotel. It was close to the beach, coffee, and great activities. I would recommend the place and will stay here again when in town!

Save yourself the trouble of researching accommodations and lodging in Long Beach and just stay here! Location is perfect. Juice/acai bowl/smoothie place next door is open until 8 pm. Liquor store a block away will have whatever you forgot. Pat makes coffee in the morning but the cafe on the corner has the standard coffee drinks for your morning caffeine needs. 4th street is a few minutes walk up the street. The beach, art museum (and Claire’s) is a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. Walk a few blocks down Broadway and you find a wine bar and some cute restaurants. The neighborhood is adorable and I loved wandering about and admiring the lovely gardens. But more importantly, support a wonderful small business and keep your hard earned dollars in the community you’re visiting. Pat is the sweetest and will go above and beyond to make your stay special. This will be my go to spot when I’m in the LBC!

Pat is the best host one could ask for at a bed and breakfast. The location was convenient for an event were attending, the food was delicious and the room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed our stayed so much that we have booked a year in advance for next year's event.
