All is terrible, costumer service, the rooms smells so bad,old infrastructure old furniture, around the area is dangerous.

The room was clean but the bathroom needed attention, not sure if the towels were clean, some did not smell clean. There was black hair all around the floor and the shower curtain had black mold all over it. Very disappointed, this is what I expect from a room for about $80/night, this room was $163/night, not worth it.

This is a nasty room i cant even put it in to words i had to check out early ,mattress filthy bed bugs , the room stunk i asked for a refund and the motel manager wouldn't refund me dont understand how expedia has this run down motel on their site

It's a budget location for the area. You get what you pay for. It's nothing terrible or amazing, so I don't feel too shocked one way or the other.

The floor in the room was absolutely disgusting. White socks turned black literally within minutes. Reaked of an ashtray immediately, cigarette ash everywhere. There was a literal c*m wall. Handle on the shower was detached. The chairs around the table were completely wrecked, massive holes all over and odd stains. The fridge would close like halfway and you had to put something in front of it to keep it shut. The blanket had a lingering scene of urine all night. A/C worked well although so loud i mistook it for death metal in the middle of the night. Tv remote had half the buttons not working, but the TV did have youtube, tubi, etc. If you do stay here, make sure to wear socks at all times, and bring extra pillows and towels.

Not family friendly

Tv remote was broken. No iron hair dryer. They only took cash for deposit won't take card. The power went out in the morning. Bad experience overvall..

Could be a lot better...

Motel is listed as non-smoking yet my room smelled of Marijuana. Bed cover had burn marks in it, towels in bathroom were stained and rough. Shower curtain had mold stains on it. Motel has no outside 'Smoking Area' available. Parking lot is very small. About a dozen 'Street People' bothered me at various times while smoking a cigarette in the parking lot. Was woken up at 8am by loud air blower outside my door. Overall not an enjoyable stay.

Horrible, es un motel para parejas no frecuentes. Las sabanas y almohadas mugrientas. Los baños horribles. Nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en Internet. Solo llegamos, lo vimos y nos fuimos a otro hotel. Deplorable que Hoteles.com promocione este hotel

Motel cutrillo

El recibimiento por parte del duenño fue horroso muy mal educado, parecia no querer ayudar , ni que nos sitiesemos comodos. La habitacion era una habitación normal sin más, por lo menos estaba limpia y no le faltaba de nada.

Decent but could be clean.

It was a decent enough stay as I was just passing through. The room needs to be cleaner tho especially the bathroom. Towels need to be clean and the floor as well.

Over all, It did the job. Not the most lavish room. however I was expecting way worse. The noise over all was the issue. Some weird high pitched ringing noise would go off every 30mins along with the sound of traffic and the guy next door on the phone. then there was someone practicing music super early on a Sunday. It could be worse.

The room was dirty the “Clean” towels for showering were stained. Dirty socks from previous tenant. Room was supposed to be a non smoking and it smelt like someone just got done smoking a cigarette. The bed was actually clean but other than that really horrible experience will not stay here again.

Found out they gave my reservation away at 1am

I reserved this hotel because I was going to be in Long Beach for a music festival. I got there at noon and was told our room wasn't ready, but I expected that and they let me park my car there so that was nice enough. But then I came back after the festival (it was late at this point), we were all ready to crash in bed, and the person who was working the desk now told me that there were no reservations and turned away while I pulled up the email confirmation on my phone. I showed him the date and the reservation... He looked at it and said they had no vacancy. You gave our room away?? We asked. You can't check in after 1am he said, even though it was 12:55, we'd told them we were coming at noon, our car was sitting outside, and he was still working the desk at that hour anyways. We ended up driving two hours home but I don't know what we would have done otherwise. It was a pretty scummy looking place so honestly I'm relieved I got to sleep in my own bed but I definitely will not be staying there in the future.

Useless huge tub

Friendly staff at check in. The room was below average for the price. King size bed mattress is comparable to a bag of laundry. Towels old and stained. No toilet paper and in the center of the restroom an out of order jacuzzi that ejected bugs and pieces of food. The reason the room was over more expensive than the others.

非常小的汽車旅館。大概只有12個房間。車位也很緊湊。路口很快就會錯過。老舊但乾淨。是整體來說是不錯的
