It was amazing to have a designated parking spot for just $13 and a spacious, clean apartment to stay in. The place had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was incredible (which I am very picky about). The communication was about check-in and check-out was super easy to follow as well. The hallways in the building were smelly and dirty, but I'm not sure the renter can do anything about that.

The apartment definitely needs updating. Carpet in the bedroom and rug in the living room were very dirty. Washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Furniture is very uncomfortable. The house was clean, other than the carpets.

My stay at Kasa was great. The perfect amount of space for 1-4 guests. Close in proximity to venue, airport and shopping. There is street parking but highly recommend to purchase parking so that you have a designated parking spot. Overall my stay was great and I enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at this beautiful apartment truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was warm, welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The suite was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and stocked with all the little touches that made our stay relaxing and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the attention to detail throughout the space really stood out. It was the perfect place to unwind after long days, and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. We have stayed in many places over the years, and this apartment easily ranks among our favorites. If you are looking for a clean, cozy, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect home away from home.

AVOID, avoid! The place was filthy. The company Kasa demanded biometric data (is that even legal) ONE day before we were to arrive, It was an ultimatum - provide face scan or we CANCEL the booking. Their is NO ONE there is address any concerns. We bed frame was BROKEN and no one came to fix. There is NO ONE to help. I received multiple "we are looking into it" texts but absolutely nothing happened. so awful that I will never stay at a Kasa property again.

This is an apartment that is not all owned by KASA. That is kind of confusing from the website. But overall the site felt safe and the accommodations were very satisfactory for my stay. I had an initial issue with the WiFi but it was resolved through communications with KASA. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful but recommend bringing out supplying your own detergent is recommended if you intend to use them. There want a convenient location for purchasing general items nearby. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Nice apartment for the price. Building name is different from the listing so that was a bit confusing and caused some issues getting inside upon arrival. GPS location was accurate using the Kasa listed name. The curtain rod holding up the curtain in the main bedroom kept falling coming apart when opening and falling down which was annoying. Beyond that, reasonable price great location (Brewery District - near PBR, great restaurants in the area - walking disctance) and overall good deal (sleeps 1 or up to 4 people- King Bed & 2 Singles).
