This property is a solid 3-star hotel at best. For an all-inclusive resort, it’s odd (and honestly disappointing) that they don’t offer any room service. You’re pretty much on your own when it comes to meals, and while the buffet and other restaurants are decent, nothing really stood out. Definitely nothing to write home about.
The resort is split between two buildings—one newly renovated and the other…well, let’s just say it gave strong Hogwarts vibes, minus the magic. Take a guess which side I was placed on.
On the bright side, the staff was the saving grace of this trip. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun to be around. If it weren’t for them, I’d be giving this place two stars.
The beach is beautiful, but once again, no waiter service out there either. That lack of attention to guest comfort made the trip feel less relaxing than I’d hoped. And another thing—they don’t seem to fumigate the grounds like other resorts on the island. The mosquitoes had an absolute field day with me.
All in all, I wouldn’t say it was terrible—but it definitely didn’t live up to what you’d expect from a full-service, all-inclusive Caribbean resort. If you go, manage your expectations and pack bug spray.
