  • Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


    Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
    Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Beautiful house! Clean, easy walk to beach, nice yard for kids to play. Love that it backs up to the golf course. Can walk to food & market. Would recommend!

Love staying here when we come to Seaside. It is always immaculately clean. The views are incredible. Right across from the ocean shore. Relaxing hot tub in the backyard where you can watch wildlife on the golf course and watch storms over the mountains. Always excellent communication from the hosts and quick responses if needed, although they are normally not.

If you like lounging AT the beach - without the hassle of sunburn, sand everywhere, and the exhaustion: this is the rental for you! My daughters and I felt like we were sitting beachside the entire weekend without having to get up and go anywhere. My elderly mother also enjoyed the beach fully without having to bundle up or tire herself out. The hot tub was a treat and watching golfers on the other side of the property was also very fun for us. The hosts were amazing communicators!

Beautifully designed home with comfort in mind. Amazing ocean views and great location. Our family of four absolutely loved our time there. The hosts were responsive and kind. A true gem! If you're looking for clean, comfortable, and cute - this is definitely the place to be. It feels like a home away from home and the location cannot be surpassed. It's quiet, has amazing views, and the host has thought of everything you might need, even for your canine companion. We decided not to bring our pup this time but the host has clearly put thought into the pet friendliness. It was a cozy getaway and we would happily return here in a heartbeat.

This is our second time here. We find the beds and living space comfortable and inviting. The hosts are great communicators. We enjoy watch the winter storms and warm up with the hot tub.

Lovely stay. Very clean, nicely decorated property about 1/2 mile south of the end of the Seaside promenade. This location was perfect, the ocean was just steps across the road and there were few others on the beach. The house was very nice, with wonderful views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was phenomenal! We enjoyed amenities like the hot tub on the back patio, and the provided bikes. We would gladly stay here again.

Everything about this place was very welcoming. The host was very friendly and responded to questions/messages very fast. The view was beautiful. The house was super clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and stay again.
