Plenty of room! We stayed for my daughter's birthday weekend, there were 9 of us total. Everyone had room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and both clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and enjoying the weather while the girls swam. They found some board games to play. Fantastic for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, check in/out instructions were easy to follow. Owners were very communicative and checked in during our stay to make aure everything was good.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Check-in/check-out was simple and easy. Property was perfect for a large group or a large family with kids. Back yard with the pool and hot tub was amazing for evening relax time. Location to the beach was good for teenagers to walk to and from. Hosts were very thorough in directions and communications. The book with local recommendations was most helpful as well!

It's a great house and very spacious. The indoor and outdoor spaces are very comfortable. The pool and hotub are really nice and there was a lot of room for our group of 9. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily walkable aroundtl the streets and to the beach. Close restaurants and grocery store and of course Starbucks. The cuban place is a must try for breakfast or lunch. A heated pool and hot tub would be nice but it wasn't really a factor.

Very welcoming to pets! Also extremely well for a large group or family! Heated pool was always above 80 degrees, mostly around 84/85, which was awesome for young kids. David and Patti are awesome, and respond within minutes to any requests. Thank you for a great stay, Bret!

Roomy and quiet vacation home, nicely decorated in a serene beach theme, walkable to the beach itself and within easy driving distance of the many tourist sites and restaurants. One powder room and one sleeping room on the 1st floor. Second floor has 3 bedrooms with one full bath and a master bedroom with an ensuite bath. The third floor has a sleeping area, no bath. There's plenty of room inside or outside to spread out. Appliances are on the older side, but do an adequate job.Bring your own saran, foil, baggies, laundry soap and more washcloths. Safety wise, needed are an accessible switch for the exterior garage lights over the driveway, grab bar in the shower, rubber backing for the many slippery throw rugs, actual railing(s) for the lovely main stairway, steps to the hot tub and a warning strip for the doorway to the laundry room, where the floor is 2-3 inches lower than the hallway, resulting in a badly bruised foot. Without a railing, it's really hard to carry suitcases up & down. The pool light switch didn't work and the pool area was littered with plant debris so we weren't comfortable using even the hot tub after a treacherous visit the first night. We arrived Saturday and the outside was blown off on Thursday and the pool Friday. Some of the furniture was broken including a really dangerous chair outside the back door that we propped up so nobody else fell backward in it. A little attention to these & other important details would make this place 5 stars.

House was musty when we arrived. AC range limitations (71 cool) did not allow for a setting low enough for air to come on overnight, leading to stagnant, humid, and uncomfortable temperatures in upstairs bedrooms. Not terrible, but not worth the amount we paid.

What a wonderful place

This was a excellent place to stay my family really enjoyed it. Everything you need is right in close range beach grocery store dollar general Walmart and a nice park . The house offers so much . The backyard pool and spa is paradise. And the owners are great . We will certainly be back .Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the house, with proximity to everything we were looking for. A couple bumps with appliances were immediately addressed. The property managers were very nice, prompt & attentive. We were happy, comfortable, and would enjoy staying here again.

Beach vacation

House was very well equipped and while there were only 2 of us this house would be great for a larger group. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house was within walking distance to the beach which was very convenient.

Our stay at the Spacious LightHouse

We appreciated the spacious rooms with king size beds and twin size for kids. It was clean and the instructions were clear ,leaving no room for surprises. David and Patti responded promptly.Will look to stay here again if ever in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Off the record commend- wish there were bathrooms especially on the 3rd floor.clean. The instructions were very clear
