The house is beautifully decorated and is incredibly spacious. Perfect for our family (with 6 kids!). Really appreciated all the little extras like shampoo/conditioner in showers, small sample of Keruig coffee cups, and laundry detergent. Beds are comfortable. Roosters next door and across the street were definitely competitive in who’s louder. The reason for the 4/5 stars were the smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night on our first night - we somehow got it to stop after checking the inside/outside of house for an actual fire, then the second night they went off after our day in St Augustine from about 4:00pm-8:00pm nonstop. The property management team came over by 5:30pm and later the electrician who finally fixed it. It interrupted our evening plans (had to cancel what we were going to do) and was unable to put the baby to bed due to the constant alarms. This stuff happens, I know. It was just frustrating for our entire family. The management team and electrician were kind and helpful but all we wanted to do was go home after this. It was exhausting after a long day.

We loved this facility. It was convenient to the shuttle bus that took us downtown. It was far enough away from the historic district not to be bogged into the horrible traffic there, but close enough to make it easy to get there. Everything was immaculate. The photos on the listing are entirely accurate. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pantry included a variety of seasonings and paper goods in addition to Other kitchen, utensils and dishes. The appliances were all brand new. Although we didn’t use the outdoor area it was quite inviting. The owner communicated with us before during an after our stay and was very helpful. Towels and sheets were of a very high-quality. The mattresses were very comfortable.

This place was awesome. Everything you would ever need was furnished. Just be carful of bathmat , it slips on the tile floors. Hostess was Lynn and she was great, even had homemade cookies waiting for us upon arrival. I highly recommend this gorgeous place.

It was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The space was great for our family of 6. It was peaceful during our stay. The family enjoyed the open space in the living area. The kids were thrown off by the rooster in the morning, but it was distant, and they were awake when they heard the rooster. Lol. We are adding this location as one of our future destination stays.

Our host, Lynn, did a great job of communicating before, during and after our stay. The cottage was like brand-new and impeccable maintained. Nicely furnished and appointed with modern coastal accents.Comfortable for two couples with split plan bedrooms. Great kitchen totally stocked with whatever gadget imaginable. Private backyard with seating, a fire pit and grill. Off street parking a definite plus. While the location was convenient the neighborhood was uneven. Not much available in walking distance.

This was a great property to stay at, a very quick drive into the historic downtown neighborhood, and even closer to some great places to grab coffee or breakfast right up the road. The house was as pictured, and seemed brand new. Lynn was very helpful and communicative! The only slight surprise was that some neighbors on the block keep roosters, and one of our mornings they woke us up a bit earlier than we’d have liked. Overall though, definitely recommend!

Absolutely adorable cottage! It had everything we could have possibly wanted and more. We stayed here while we moved our daughter into college and it was the most relaxing part of the trip! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the massage chair was an awesome treat! Every corner of the home was incredibly clean and well thought out and decorated. The small touches like the umbrellas on the front porch and the homemade cookies on the counter were truly appreciated. I would most definitely stay here again. Lynn communicated everything we needed and was a sweetheart. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us!

This cottage (Home) is fantastic. Clean, modern and artfully decorated. This is our second time we stayed here and we were not disappointed. The caretaker Lynn was very attentive and responsive if we had questions. She checked in on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable. If you are considering a trip to St Augustine we highly recommend this rental.

This home is beautiful and left nothing to be desired. It was clean and cozy. The AC works spectacularly in this hot climate, providing cold crisp air. The shower gets hot fast. There are TVs in every single room. The appliances are new. The pantry is stocked with all the spices, all your essential cookware is available, which is really nice. I have zero complaints. But if you do have questions the host, Lynn is super responsive. Will book again in the future.

The Coastal Cottage was perfect for our two-family getaway! There was plenty of space for everyone to do activities together or have a little separate time. Each couple had a room, and the three boys all bunked together. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on our vacation, so we never had to drive far. The outside shower was very convenient for our beach day. All instructions were clearly communicated, and Lynn is a great host who sent friendly texts and reminders. We would absolutely stay here again!

The attention to detail was amazing! The cottage was clean with everything in its place. All household supplies were there. There was even a Keurig! The instructions were very clear and Lynn was readily available via text. On this, our 50th Anniversary trip, your cottage was a great highlight, providing wonderful memories!
