The pool is green the remote to the TV didn’t work so no TV No internet and no check in if you don’t have 50 cash only cash it was a shady experience and and awful one never again

Everything was great. The only thing that I did had problem with was the television was not compatible with streaming networks. If they fix that issue. I will have no problem booking it for future visits.

The outside was beautiful and the inside was very beautiful. The room was big and very cute and felt like home.the front desk people was so nice and friendly. This is one of the best that we have been to.will definitely check in again when we come back .

Great hotel to stay at. It was well maintained. Obviously doing some form of renovations, but it is being well done. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was very easy at check in. Front staff was friendly. Bed nice and comfy and the price was good and the breakfast was good, not a whole lot but enough to fill you up and what they did have tasted good. The eggs turkey sausages and croissants and the coffee was great! The coffee was fresh brewed from the coffee machine. Took a minute but it was worth it. I would stay again.

They were in the renovation process when I checked in. The WiFi didn’t work, the phone couldn’t connect to front desk & the shower was dirty

The room key had to be redone every day. Also room had large portion of room by window ac that was soaked with water and I couldn’t use. Breakfast good with eggs but needed bacon that wasn’t crumbled.

Infested with bugs, smell of mold, pee on the toilet and sides/ floor, what looked like bodily fluids dried up on the bed frame. This property is terrible. I stayed less than 5 hrs and wouldn’t have if there were any other options at that time

Room was clean, but the door handle had seen better days. My door was left open by the cleaning crew, luckily I didn't have anything worth stealing. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent. That was the only reason I booked this hotel, the photos showed a hot breakfast included. The staff was nice and helpful.

Renovations were being done, no hot water for showers until the last day of stay and then the water was scorching hot no matter how much the cold water was turned on. Painting of doors were being done which resulted in having to smell fresh paint fumes the majority of the stay.

We started by being assigned to the furthest room down from the elevator after requesting a closer room. The room was noisy and directly across from an icemachine. The stairwell closest to our room had a sign "do not use", not that we could have used the stairs since the main reason I requested a close room was because my 87 year old mother was with me. The door to the hallway & adjoining room are paper thin and also no sound proofing between the floors. We heard stomping from above all night and neither of us slept. I didn't request a new room since by the time we walked to the room my mother could not walk more. The shower had spots of mold on the grout, the toilet seat was loose almost causing mom to fall and the toilet paper holder was so loose it would spin and paper rolls fell in the floor. There wasn't a view, didn't expect one but sure didn't expect trash scattered behind the building. When I noticed the stained carpet, by that point I wasn't surprised. This has been the first ever bad experience with an IHG hotel. I'm shocked that IHG looked at this property and decided to acquire it.
