intentarán cobrar una botella de agua que NUNCA CONSUMI ! (Básicamente por qué me ponian dos botellas gratis todos los díasque bi unitilizaba )la pagué para no tener problemas , la habitación es como un zulo sin nada de luz , encima tuve que cambiar de habitación por qué el WC no funcionaba y me pusieron 2 camas en vez de una grande

I enjoyed my time

The room was impeccable: very comfortable, spacious, and with a beautiful view. It had all the amenities you could need. If you book a room with a washing machine, it’s honestly the best option, and the hotel even provides detergent for your stay if you ask for it. The staff was wonderful: extremely attentive and kind. They made us feel very comfortable and were always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was honestly spectacular. There were many options, both local and international, and everything was delicious. The breakfast hours were also excellent, making it easy to eat and still get to all your planned activities. It’s especially ideal for families, particularly those traveling with children. The location is a bit far from the center of Hanoi, so you will likely need to take a Grab, taxi, or use the hotel shuttle. However, it was actually wonderful because you get to sleep in a very peaceful area, which allows you to rest very well. And finally, if you stay here, you absolutely have to get a massage: WOW.
