Vacaciones en las montañas en Isla Roda

Muy lindo y una vista increíble, el personal muy amable y el desayuno que incluye bastante bien con vista. La calle es un caos

Muy mala expertos, solo me quedé dos días, el elevador no servía, se tenían que subir 5 pisos cada vez que sales. En mi habitación. No servía la cerradura, por lo que mi cuarto estuvo expuesto todo el tiempo, me dijeron que lo arreglarían y jamás lo hicieron, no hacían limpieza en habitacion, el hotel está como sin terminar aún. Una semana antes había reservado otro más barato a la vuelta y estaba mejor, reservé este porque pensé que sería más cómodo. Muy mal.

From the very first day, we were welcomed with a smile and felt that the entire team genuinely wanted us to feel at home. Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly. People are what make the difference, and without a doubt, this team was a very important part of our trip. Thank you all for your attention, kindness, and willingness to help and for making us feel so welcome throughout the entire week. A special thank you to Ahmed, Nader and the rest of the team. Es muy lindo el hotel y los restaurantes ofrecen muy buen menú. Lo unico que mejoraria, pero no se si es posible, es el fuerte olor a cigarrillo en el Lobby.
