Vacaciones todo incluido en La Española

En general es un hotel maravilloso, magnífico, cómodo y tranquilo, lo único que tiene que mejorar es la limpieza y atención en las habitaciones, de ahí en fuera es 100% recomendable

En realidad fueron unas vacaciones increíbles excelente todo muy buena atención en el área de la pizina por parte de Johnny siempre atento a todo y el mayordomo Omar igual sin duda el año que viene volvemos

Las instalaciones muy bien, habitación cómoda y confortable, bufets de comidas bien dotados, lo único por mejorar es la posibilidad de tener un kiosko en la playa porque siempre están llenos o cuidados con toallas

It was a great choice! The hotel is beautiful. We paid for the Excellence Club upgrade, and it was totally worth it. The restaurants are good. Surprisingly, Magna (the Excellence Club exclusive restaurant) was not our favorite. It was good, but not quite what we expected given the premium experience. Food-wise, it was a mixed experience. At the end of the day, it’s an all-inclusive resort, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The Asian restaurant, the Indian restaurant, and the breakfast buffet were all very good. Some of the other restaurants could use improvement, especially the room service menu, which was the weakest food experience during our stay. It was particularly disappointing since the same menu is also served at the Excellence Club pools. The staff is incredibly friendly, and several people truly stood out for their exceptional service: Jorge, Claudy, Ariela, and Yosaina. The entertainment and activities were also very good. I would have loved to see more variety in the wellness offerings, particularly yoga and Pilates classes. Most yoga sessions were basic 30-minute classes in the evening, and additional options throughout the day would have been a great enhancement. Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would happily return.
