Lo mejor del hotel el personal,fantasticos ,educados,amables,lo peor lejos dw todo y sin transporte publico cerca ,pero si llevas coche no esta mal

Está lejos y afortunadamente tiene el Shuttle porque los taxis no van

Beautiful place in a magic location. The spa is incredible.

Centrally located, not exactly in front of the lake and with a construction going on all day in front of the view which is annoying but tolerable, beautiful rooms and have nice details inside the room, in general good and friendly staff and the best of the Hotel: Alberto, which acts like a concierge an tourist guide and arrange amazing and espectacular experiences around the lake and is very responsive and friendly 100! Nevertheless, this hotel is really expensive , we payed more than 2000€ the night and the breakfast is limited, in fact it was the worst of all our trip in Italy, we had way better breakfast in our other 400-500€ hotels. if you want something more interesting like an omelette you need to pay extra. The hotel does not have any type of amenities, no gym, no pool , no jacuzzi, not even spa. They do offer massages at your room. Despite the staff is friendly , is not as “personalized” as it promise, except for Alberto who was amazing, no one knew our names and our tastes like other alike hotels we have stayed and having only 18 rooms, there is no easy communication with the hotel like Whattsapp for the guests included at all. The laundry service is just too expensive to be used , 20€ per every shirt, 7€ per every underwear, not like other hotels where it is by weight or bag. In general this would be a great hotel great if the night would cost 700-800€, if you can pay more go to one of the many resorts around. You will receive a lot more for your money.
