Vi ble oppgradert til en stor og fin suite, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra spesielt. Personalet på hotellet var veldig søte og imøtekommende - så vi følte oss godt tatt vare på. Kort vei til Alt Stadt (20 min gange) og kun 3 holdeplasser med 18-trikken for å komme til sentrum. Restaurant Isoletta i 1. etg på hotellet serverte veldig gode italiensk retter, og hadde et godt utvalg viner. Anbefales:)

The hotel does not have air conditioning, staff informed me that the temperature is centrally controlled. The sun was shining directly into my room for most of the day, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. As for the parking, I was told that all parking spaces had already been reserved, despite parking being listed as available when I made my reservation. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was simply impossible to stay inside comfortably because of the heat.

This hotel is amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and professional here. Always willing to help when asked from the laundry service to concerns with food to technical issues you may have. You truly feel like an honored guest here
