“Overall excellent experience with this host. Hiccup at check in with gate codes no longer being used at this property and needed a QR Code from security - would have been helpful to have this communicated prior to arrival. After a couple phone calls, property management was helpful in addressing the issue. We did get moved (last minute) to a different unit on the same property as the booked unit was under construction so I can’t comment specifically on this unit. ”

“The property is impressive and when you look at the large windows onto the beach and water, you will fall in love. The house is spacious with many rooms spread over several floors. The master suite is huge and like a resort all on its own. The pool is a bit smaller than it seems in photos, but makes for a great spot to dunk and beat the heat. The courtyard between the main house and the carriage house makes a great gathering place and the numerous balconies and porches gave us plenty of outdoor...

“Rented the property to attend a wedding we shared the property with several families and the set up was amazing with the number of people it slept. Ther property was clean and well maintained. the only slight issue is with the property sleeping 20 parking was very tight, but we managed fine. ”

“The condo was perfect! Close to the beach and the pool was great when we came back from the beach. Close to Rosemary and Alice shops. Parking was a breeze. Beds were very comfy and Chris and Heather were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back again! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Having the additional half baths worked out well too. “This was the perfect stay for four moms and daughters. The top floor was excellent to give our four teenagers their own space. Communication was always within an hour - often times within five minutes. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dinnerware.Side note: this property does not have any oils/spices, so make sure you grab some if you’re cooking. Publix is a five minute golf cart ride away!Six bikes in excellent condition, golf cart provided....

“A truly phenomenal home. We really enjoyed the week. Great location, comfortable beds, lovely home and peaceful neighborhood. Simply excellent.
