“Location gets 5 stars. Short walk to beach access . Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Don't miss Blue Mountain Creamery ice cream and Blue Mountain Bakery for wraps and sweets both just a short walk. Both are excellent.Cleanliness gets 2 stars. Found pee stained sheets on the convertible sofa bed. Stained decorative and bed pillows. Amenities gets 3 stars. No outdoor grill. No beach towels, chairs or anything useful. Pool is bleh. No hot tub spa.Interior showing it's age.Trouble...

“This house is not on the beach by right across from a beach access so it was very convenient. Beautiful on the inside with plenty of room. Lots of chairs, a beach tent, and wagon were in the garage which was very nice. Having a pool in the backyard was also a huge plus…my only complaint is that around the pool and outdoor furniture it needs to be cleaned. Overall a great trip!”

“Property was perfect for our family. Good location and ease to the beach, although golf cart mandatory. Property was ready and clean and well stocked with many better amenities than other properties. Few issues were quickly and pleasantly dealt with by property. Definitely worth renting”
