“We all loved this place! Its adorable and a very short walk to the beach. Shorter walk than if you stayed in a high rise directly on the beach. My only suggestion for guests is to bring a small floor fan for bathroom to ventilate air. We had the best time.Very comfortable bedding and beds. Everything you need is there. Plenty of space to spread out. Lots of great out door space and a golf cart to use. We barely used it but the kids loved it. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Everything was great about the stay and the house was very clean, fully stocked with all you need and more, and great communication. The beach chairs and umbrella and golf cart were a plus and the covered outdoor area with the pool was very relaxing. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Beds were all comfortable and the living room seating was great for watching tv after being in the sun all day. Can't wait to come back and stay soon!”

The property was extremely clean, organized and stocked with all that we needed for our 5 day stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect to walk or bike to everything you need! ”

“We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !!”

“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”
