“We booked this hotel considering its good reviews, but it was not the nice place we expected.
The TV in our room was not working and when we asked about it we were told it was a problem with the signal and that it would be solved by 3-4 pm, by the next morning it was still not working and after asking again they told us that TV was not working.
The safe was not working either, they sent someone to check it and since it was not working they changed it but the other safe was left at our porch for...

The team provided excellent service and made us feel at home. It would be great if the restaurant stayed open a little later in the evening.”

“Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours...

“The hotel was quiet but staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. We had the karaoke sky bar to ourselves all evening and the experience was out of this world incredible! I even managed to get one of the employees to do a duet with me, 😁 I would like to personally thank Sovan who helped make our night one to remember. Great work by all staff and the executive room was like something out of a James bond movie. It felt like a holiday within a holiday. Definitely 100% recommend.”

“Paid for a premier room with ocean view & balcony. Room had neither, asked for the room we paid for to be told our room was given to someone else the previous day. Told we could change room the next day, then told they didn't have another room to offer us. They tried to offer a much smaller room & claimed that was what we paid for & they had upgraded us on arrival. This was challenged, the only resolve they could offer was free breakfast.
Breakfast was buffet for the first 3 days, it was very...
