“The place is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, very clean, lots of amenities and fun things to do. Also close to the main road so convenient to Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and...

“The house was in need of a thorough dusting upon arrival, and there were several soft spots in the flooring that were concerning. The temperature inside the house never got below 72 degrees, making every room feel hot and uncomfortable during our stay. Overall, we were disappointed because the property did not meet expectations based on the listing.”

“Location was great a short drive to all attractions. Lights on hot tub was not working it was a little dark on back porch”

While Robert the technician was very helpful, the property itself was a disaster. Not only was the hot tub broken and unusable on our first day, but there was also no hot water in the unit. We had to have maintenance out multiple times and eventually had to drive to the property management office...

“The views are magnificent day and night! So very peaceful. Beautiful home! Great parking. The dining room was our favorite room as a family due to the size and all the beautiful windows and views. Truly an entertaining delight. The kids loved the game rooms. ”

“Had no clue the only entry to the cabin was up close to 40 steep steps. My daughter has a chronic health condition, and I have an injured ankle. The stairs was extremely difficult for us both. I only found about about the stairs during the email with information about the upcoming trip and instructions. I tried making contact ref these issues needing to be in the property info and was only told the information would be passed along. Did not receive any compensation, or any further contact. ...
