The description says sleeps 12 and mentions a pull out sofa (very uncomfortable) and 2 queen blow up mattresses (all of the ones there were broken). It is asking a lot to advertise 2 adults on a queen blowup and 2 adults on a pull out sofa. Upon our arrival, there were only 8 bath towels and 4 wash cloths for 10 people. “We stayed during UT graduation. Great location, central to everything, and we thought easily walkable as well. You are right in the thick of it, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine. The apartment was well appointed and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy. Parking is close by and free on weekends. Plenty of space for large/multiple families. And the rooftop deck was the icing on all of the cake.
